THE PROPERTY
Distinctive spaces. A room experience to match.
Iniala Beach House sits on Natai Beach in Thailand’s Phang Nga province, north of Phuket. Its villas and residences combine individual architectural identities, private pools and a highly personal approach to hospitality.
For a property with this degree of room variation, connected-room technology needs to be configured around the spaces themselves. The Thailand implementation report records device setup across selected rooms and the penthouse, alongside the work needed to extend the rollout.
THE CHALLENGE
Bring varied room systems together.
The room environment spans multiple lighting types, motorised curtains, door locks and a VRF climate system. Connecting the hardware was one part of the work; the report also identifies room definitions, lighting integration and tablet coverage as separate commissioning tasks.
The project’s next steps reflect that complexity: test the lighting integration, map additional room hardware in software and extend tablet access. A staged approach keeps installed scope and remaining work visible.

A follow-on plan for commissioning and expansion

ON-SITE INFRASTRUCTURE
A local host for the room-control environment
On-site host · Coordinator · UPS · 13 routers
The deployment records an on-site mini PC, a coordinator router and a UPS. Thirteen IoT network routers are listed in the setup overview, providing the network infrastructure for the connected room hardware.

CURTAINS & LIGHTING
Connect the elements that shape the room
16 curtain controls · 30 dimmable relays
Sixteen curtain controls and thirty dimmable lighting relays are recorded as set up. The inventory also includes wall switches, lighting relays and LED strips. Existing lighting-system integration and further dimmer testing remained part of the next phase.

CLIMATE & ACCESS
Bring climate and access into the device layer
4 HVAC controllers · 7 door locks
The overview lists four TIS HVAC control units and seven door locks as set up. The separate Malta scouting document corroborates that the Thailand climate architecture used one TIS controller for each of four Daikin VRF clusters. Further room-level software definitions remained on the Thailand follow-on list.

ROOM CONFIGURATION & HANDOVER
Make the rollout repeatable, room by room
Room inventory · Spares · Defined next steps
The report pairs a detailed room-device inventory with a list of spares, replacement parts and remaining tasks. Additional tablet setup, charging stands and room mappings were still planned, giving the next deployment phase a defined starting point.

No energy savings, response-time improvements, revenue gains or guest-adoption figures were reported in the supplied Thailand implementation document.
The separate Malta scouting document is used only for its explicit Thailand HVAC and local-deployment corroboration. SOLIS provides process context; its installation claims are not transferred to this Thailand story. No Thailand-specific customer testimonial or video was supplied.
